Cooking Classes: Exploring Global Cuisines

The Atlantic Institute’s Cooking Classes provide community members with the opportunity to learn new culinary skills and techniques while exploring the rich and diverse culinary traditions of various cultures. While we primarily focus on Turkish dishes, we occasionally delve into other cuisines, offering a broad culinary experience to our participants. These classes not only promote an appreciation for a variety of global dishes but also foster a sense of connection among participants, as they collaborate and learn from one another.

By offering hands-on instruction in an engaging and supportive environment, our Cooking Classes empower individuals to broaden their culinary repertoire. After each class, we always serve the food prepared during the session, allowing participants to enjoy the fruits of their labor and share a meal together. This enhances their understanding of different cultures and fosters a sense of community through a shared passion for food.
